The automatic air vent FIV Wind Plus 1/2" is a plunger valve for air discharge with a plastic cover in heating and water supply systems. Installation is allowed only in a vertical position. If a narrow passage of air is clogged, it is necessary to disassemble the air vent and clean it.
To prevent flooding, it is recommended to install a special check valve into which the air vent is screwed. In the fully screwed state, there are no obstacles for the passage of air, if the air vent is automatic with a check valve unscrewed, the passage will automatically close.
